Terms of Auction

1. Auctioneer not responsible for any accidents, loss or injuries on property day of auction.
2. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final.
3. All merchandise shall be paid by cash or by approved cheque.
4. All merchandise is subject to the retail sales tax (PST) unless expempt under the retail sales tax act.
5. Merchandise subject to G.S.T. where applicable.
6. All merchandise must be paid for on the day of the sale.
7. All sales are final and not subject to conditions.
8. All merchandise is sold in an ?as is? condition without recourse to the vendor.
9. All merchandise must be removed on the sale date or otherwise by special arrangements with the management.
10. All merchandise may be inspected one hour before the commencement of the sale.
11. All merchandise left on the premises after being purchased is left at the purchaser?s risk and the movement of any merchandise is at the purcahser?s risk.
12. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to the sale within the descretion of the auctioneer.
13. The auctioneer may reject a bid at their descretion without reason or explanation.
14. 10% Buyers Premium in effect unless posted otherwise.
